The MAC Retail Academy for retail entrepreneurs is designed to help Black business owners build thriving retail ventures by addressing entrepreneurial challenges, enhancing business operations, and fostering sustainable growth.  

The duration of this program is January - September in a hybrid environment of in person and virtual instruction. Each month targets a specific obstacle faced by retail entrepreneurs, offering expert-led workshops, actionable assignments, and personalized mentorship. These comprehensive courses are designed to equip participants with the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, supporting long-term success & sustainability within the retail space.

1. Retail Check-ins: Individualized mentorship to tackle specific retail challenges.  

2. Retail Resource Library: Templates, guides, and curated resources tailored to retail operations.  

3. Graduation Celebration: Highlight program achievements and provide opportunities for press and community engagement. 

4. Professional Portfolio: Culmination of program assignments tailored to each business for use in future projects, investor relations & professional development. 

5. Alumni Community: Continuation of power networking and future program audits as a result of graduating from the program.
